Fresh mint to help set the Festive scene. |
If one has herbs in your garden you will NEVER be short of a gift. They just keep on growing!!!!
The best part of being a "herbie" is sharing the passion. This is easy, as you just need to collect a few bottles and keep replenishing with cuttings from the garden.Mint is of course one of the easiest to propogate!!!
Mint grows well in tubs or in the ground......it just loves a lots of water though! |
To me mint is fresh, green, crisp, fragrant, delicate, delightful, decorative, rewarding, the list is endless.........
Simple is best and classic....I do sometimes go OTT.........but when I see such bright and simple opposite colours working together, I am reminded of the value of simplicity!
And then we go back to Christmas colours.........
JAM JAR is RED........So use it to add to the festive flavour. |
Tomatoes are RED.......use them for colour....naturally! |
Make use of those special, colourful platters and old silver for festive fun. |
And of course RED extends to my beading and creative side........with loads more to follow.
GO RED in the meantime, with a GREEN conscious and a heart of GOLD!
