My christmas is GREEN, Gold and Red.......

Fresh mint to help set the Festive scene.
If one has herbs in your garden you will NEVER be short of a gift. They just keep on growing!!!!
The best part of being a "herbie" is sharing the passion. This is easy, as you just need to collect a few bottles and keep replenishing with cuttings from the garden.Mint is of course one of the easiest to propogate!!!

Mint grows well in tubs or in the ground......it just loves a  lots of water though!
To me mint is fresh, green, crisp, fragrant, delicate, delightful, decorative, rewarding, the list is endless.........

Simple is best and classic....I do sometimes go OTT.........but when I see such bright and simple opposite colours working together, I am reminded of the value of simplicity!

And then we go back to Christmas colours.........

JAM JAR is RED........So use it to add to the festive flavour.

Tomatoes are RED.......use them for colour....naturally!

Make use of those special, colourful platters and old silver for festive fun.
And of course RED extends to my beading and creative side........with loads more to follow.
GO RED in the meantime, with a GREEN conscious and a heart of GOLD!
